Artisan by Asha is at the forefront of the global social enterprise movement, blazing a trail in the circular economy with personalized farm-to-table culinary experiences inspired by the ‘food as medicine’ philosophy. Our dedicated founder Asha Rajak is a passionate food entrepreneur with substantial knowledge and expertise in soil microbiology research. Asha: “We partner with local farmers to sustainably improve their soil quality and nurture the growth of ecological crops. Originating from Toronto, Canada since 2017, Artisan by Asha is currently based in the Province of Flevoland.

Asha is the future sustainable food engineer at Wageningen University & Research. Her goal is to integrate physical and chemical processes to interact and explore flavorful, functional, and artistic results in food science.
